medium;">Hort park was so super fun! I thought it was gonna be like, a boring maths/science trail, but the people make it soo awesome! even though we had to do maths sums and all. There was the recycable station, where we had to identify household materials and their material.</span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color:#3366FF;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;">Then we went to the playground and we had to guess the pattern of the beeswax pattern.Then we saw lots of plants. lady's fingers, starfruit, kapok... then we had break. soo yummy...i bought kimberly a sprite and she bought me a pack of doritos form the vending machines. audrey brought potato chips, those caned kinds. and kim brought salty crackers and sour scoox sweets. carrie brought seaweed. Kimberly,Audrey, Carrie and I were in the same group.Pooja joined us for 'lunch' which consisted of mainly junk food. hahaha she taught us french swear words. soo fun! :) then we had to measure the girth of this tree...ah the rain tree, it was kinda frustrating. then we had ot look for leaves with smooth,jagged or lobed edges. it was tres fun! </span></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color:#993399;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;">i sketched out all the leaves and wrote the names down. we were first</span></span></span></span><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family:'courier new', serif;color:#993399;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;">! how aawwwesome! :) then we had to do maths sums on some recycling bins, kinda hard, we came in last..teehee then kimberly and najaat started playing with some playground stuff and we got minus 2 points. we had to count all the tiles and the advertisements on 'em. in the end our group came in first! we were always laughing together, and worked really well! it was a real fun experience! :) we each got a $5 popular voucher.
